You may have heard this pitch at Elevation last weekend. The idea refers to having a small box that controls the “God” that you have. You can control God in anyway you want to and to whatever extent you want Him in your life. However, the “God” that the sales pitch refers to is the God that cannot be contained.

God controls us, not vice versa. Now for those of you who are not Christians, you may not really understand what I’m talking about. But for those that are Christians, God is not something that can be applied to only a portion of our lives. As a high school Christian, God must be just as present at school as He is at a summer retreat. This is tough to do, and I am certainly not any kind of example for this lifestyle, but it is something that we as Christians should strive to do.
