“For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11, NIV)
Although God was speaking to the Israelites, this promise has been interpreted to extend to modern-day people as well, since we as Christians are still God’s people.
As a high school student, the future can sometimes be a worrisome topic, especially with the variety of opportunities in this country. If we do, the plans that will prosper us and give us hope and a future are sure to come.
